Can you coordinate multiple vehicles for a large Yarra Valley wedding?
Yes — and for most destination Yarra Valley weddings, multiple vehicles are advisable. The combination of Melbourne bridal party transfers, separate ceremony and reception venue arrivals, and guest accommodation runs across valley retreats typically benefits from two or three vehicles operating on coordinated independent schedules. What if we are delayed during the day?
All Yarra Valley bookings include built-in buffer time for photography overruns, ceremony delays, and peak-season traffic. We monitor timing throughout the day and adjust inter-venue legs where possible. Our chauffeurs are experienced at managing the timing pressure that multi-location valley days create — the goal is always to keep the couple relaxed, not to rush them between locations to keep a rigid schedule.

Can you transfer guests from Melbourne Airport to the Yarra Valley?
Yes. We regularly coordinate airport-to-valley transfers for interstate and international wedding guests — approximately 88 km and 75–90 minutes from Tullamarine to the Coldstream corridor. We track flight arrivals, adjust pickup timing for delays, and deliver guests to valley accommodation or venue addresses as part of the broader wedding transport programme.
